Une nouvelle carte

Dans les tons bleutés pour le challenge de Impression Obsession : "Blue"
Celà tombe bien, j'aime cette couleur!
J'ai été inspirée par la carte de Dina Kowal pour celle-ci.

    Great card! When I first looked at this card I thought the washi tape was real lace! Beautiful background, I love how it turned out. And I love how you colored the die cuts as well. Wonderful work. :) Thanks for sharing.
