Les points noirs que l'on voit sous le vellum sont des points de colle.
Si c'était à refaire, j'utiliserai une autre colle.

Rachel, if you attach the vellum piece with brads than you won't have to worry about glue, and the brads add a nice decorative touch.

Love the colors, perfect for a New Years Card. :) Following up with what Shona said, you can also just fold the vellum around the edge of the paper and hide the adhesive in the back. There are different weights of vellum, not sure if the one you used would be too thick for this. There are a lot of different techniques...you can sew the edge...use adhesive at the edge like you did but add a thin strip of paper over top of the vellum to hide the adhesive.
